- I am the Director of Publications for the American School of Classical Studies at Athens working from the ASCSA's US-based HQ in Princeton. I'm responsible for the publication of the journal Hesperia as well as series and monographs concerning current archaeological research conducted under the auspices of the ASCSA. I am working on adding additional digital publications to the mix as well.
From 2007 - August 2010, I was the Director of eLearning for Bolchazy-Carducci Publishers (www.bolchazy.com), an academic press specializing in Greek and Latin textbooks. When outside, I'm usually accompanied by a soccer ball or a six-year-old girl or sometimes both. I have an MA in art history and archaeology (specializing in Greek plastic vases) from the University of Missouri - Columbia, and a BA in archaeology from the University of Evansville as a member of the first graduating class from this remarkable department.
Prior to working at BCP, I spent nine years at Willoughby Associates, a museum database management company where I trained over 1,000 museum professionals at over 100 institutions worldwide on how to use our software. I also created eBooks of our documentation, produced tech tips and tutorials, and enjoyed getting even the most technophobic museum person interested in using the database to manage both the content and context of their collections.

2010 Standards for Latin Teacher Preparation Published by APA/ACL
The American Philological Association (APA) and the American Classical League (ACL) jointly created and published the Standards for Latin Teacher Preparation in 2010. Technology at Texas Classical Association, October 23-24, 2009, University of Texas - Austin
The Texas Classical Association (TCA) annual meeting was held at the AT&T Conference Center on the campus of the University of Texas at Austin on October 23-24, 2009.
