All three teachers who have used it have given it high marks. If students do
not continue Latin - horribile dictu - after the second semester,. they will have
at least read many of Ovid's stories. If they do, they can begin reading Ovid
(and Vergil) at the end of the second semester in the original text. The text
has many valuable features and the workbook is an excellent companion
