Award-winning Ovid animation from high school junior

From the creator: A Greek Myth of the creation, destruction, and recreation of man, based on a story from Ovid's Metamorphoses. Ambitious latin project Junior year of High School. No facial animation and first half is in stills because I only had three weeks to research, write, and make it (while attending school full time and doing a play).

I blame all sappiness on Ovid.

Won the following awards:
- Best in Show - Texas Media Awards 2004
- 1st Place in Multimedia 9-12 Category - Texas Media Awards 2004
- 1st Place - Animation 9-12 - Texas Computer Educator's Association 2004

It also got me accepted into NYU's Tisch School of the Arts, though I didn't end up going there.

Made in Lightwave, with people created in Poser using DAZ Victoria and DAZ Michael. Clothes made by me. Opening sequence of stills made in After Effects. Voice effects done using SonicFoundary (now Sony) Sound Forge, sound sequencing done using Acid 3.0 and Adobe Audition. 240 hours of work for 8 min, 28 sec of animation. About 5 days total render time (on a 2 GHz CPU).
