All the videos look so fun and interesting, and I can't watch any of them. Very frustrating. They appear to load, then there's a script error and I get nothing. Sigh. I'll keep trying.

Hi Pam. The videos may not be playing for a couple of reasons -- usually this is a browser plug-in issue where your Internet browser needs to update Java or Flash in order to play videos. PCs and Macs normally do this automatically, but your browser security settings might be set to either forbid automatic plug-in installation. You may be able to update these by hand by downloading and installing both the latest version of Java and Flash Player. An alternate reason the videos are not playing for you is because you are behind a firewall that blocks sites like YouTube. Have you tried playing the videos on another computer or at a different physical location?
