Summer reading groups for Latin and Greek

Hi all,

If you're interested in reading some more Latin or Greek over the summer to keep in practice, a few people from another forum I frequent have started some reading groups. For Latin, we're reading Cicero's first speech against Verres. We've only just started, so if you want to join, now's the time! It's a google group, so you need a google account to post:

The Greek group is not moving so fast. I think it's going to be a beginner's a text of Xenophon of Ephesos, but maybe not. There's more information about it on the group itself, and you can read without getting a google account, but again, to post you need to register.

Hopefully we'll get good discussion going, but we'll also be helping one another with grammar and style and all that. The members so far are mostly undergrad classics majors, I think, and the level of Greek is much lower than the level of Latin overall. Anyway, please join if you think it's something you might like to be involved in-- there's no commitment, so you can do as much or as little as you like. It'll be fun!
