About Me:

My specialism is early (pre-Nicene) Christian literature - in all its varieties -, most of which, of course, was composed in Greek or Latin. Following an undergraduate major in Ancient Languages, I went on to earn master's degrees at the universities of Notre Dame and Cambridge - where I was able to add papyrology, palaeography and epigraphy to my repertoire. Then followed doctoral work at the University of Tübingen. I am a member of the Society for Classical Studies (olim American Philological Association), the American Society of Papyrologists and l'Association Internationale de Papyrologues.
