- I am 62, and suffered a lack of the Classics in school. I appreciate the value of knowing Latin and Greek in our literature, as well as the liturgy.
It is well known that one cannot build securely on a shifting foundation. One MUST acknowledge the influence both Latin and Greek have played in our language, both written and spoken.
