Profile Information

Hometown/Institution:
Williams College
Role in the Classics Classroom (real or virtual):
student, Classics supporter
About Me:
Working on a specialization in Near Eastern languages and comparative study of rhetoric. Latest pursuit involves exploring the intersections between the modes of literary/oral communication and public spaces between Late Antiquity and Early Islam. Near-fluent in Hebrew, proficient in Classical Arabic. A lover of classics from both the East and West, I attribute my current fascination with the Classics of the Arab/Persian world to my earlier, highly positive experience with Latin and studying Roman/Greek culture earlier in high school and college.
