- I am a neo-Latinist, an English professor specializing in the Renaissance, especially John Milton and Renaissance rhetoric. I am preparing a translation and edition of Milton's Artis Logicae Plenior Institutio (1672), the last English recension of Peter Ramus's Latin grammar. Please also note that I wasn't sure what to check on the "Role in the Classics Classroom" options. I am certainly learning through my translation project, and I occasionally comment online about Latin on various academic listservs.
