Can we make user Pat Wentworth stop sending us spam?

For the past few months, I have regularly received spam messages sent to the "Medieval Latin" group by user Pat Wentworth (http://eclassics.ning.com/profile/PatWentworth ).  These messages have nothing to do with Latin or Greek, but are filled with offers to make quick money from bogus and scam websites.

Is there a way to report this user?
