Making Room for History in a Busy Latin Class

A brief overview of Roman history for use very early in the term or year will be given; this can be used as an outline for the overall study. Various materials in chronological order to be woven into one's individual lesson plans will be offered. Teachers may submit questions and suggestions, and will be asked to submit ideas for using these materials in their respective teaching situations after the seminar. Some extra new material will be offered, and any teachers who took part in last summer's seminar will hopefully have suggestions as to their use of these materials and others. Before the Webinar beings, each participant should search his/her text or teaching plan for advantageous areas for integrating history materials.
