Best/worst computer-related classroom happening:
The Smart Board does not work at the most inconvenient times. Also, showing film after AP on DVD and projected on Smart Board - but no volume control and it was very loud - Computer teacher-liaison tried to help, crack IT pewople finally responded and said control was on a separate switch, which was found inside console cabinet, pushed to back and with no label identifying its purpose or use. Ah, the joys of technology.
