"Ecce was going to be my suggestion as well. Maybe along with some old Pompeiiana Newsletter issues and things like Winnie Ille Pu or Cattus Petasatus as some supplementary materials."

late elementary Latin?

My 10-year-old son would like to start to learn Latin.  In order to keep him interested, I offered to teach a few of his friends as well.I've never taught to kids quite this young.  They know parts of speech (they have had regular grammar assignments in English all year) so they are ready to handle *some* grammar.Does anyone have suggestions about a good text?  I looked at Minimus, which is very cute, but it won't hold them very long.Jenni MossSee More
