I'm so pleased to see Resonet in Laudibus appear in your series of Christmas songs -- it's one of my favourites! As I just posted over on my own blog, there is also a 19th-century setting of this carol that's very charming. The score is available online at ChoralWiki along with a MIDI of the tune.

Thanks, Raphaela! That ChoralWiki is such a fantastic resource. I saw you added the other post - that's super! I am not someone who knows a lot about the history of church music, but it is such a rich tradition, and I learned a lot just from putting together this collection of Christmas materials. I really enjoy the medieval Latin lyrics. :-)

Yes, so do I. They're such a nice change from the usual Christmas songs everyone plays to death at this time of year. At the moment I'm all about Veni, Veni, Emmanuel and Resonet in Laudibus. My family's going to get sick of hearing me sing those around the house! :D
